Who are we?

The idea!

What wouldn't wouldn't be cooler than being the star of your very own animated storybook? Even if you're too grown up to find that enchanting, we assure you, your kids would be thrilled! When we were little, that is my sister and I, we were given a specially customized storybook where the characters had our names and the dog was our dog and they all lived at a home with our address. I was given this book when I was four and my sister was three. It had such an impact on both of us that we still have clear memories of it to this day.

Now that we have three nephews, they inspired us to rethink our childhood and produce a modern version of this captivating concept. We present to you the very first personalized animated children's storybook!

We dedicate this site and this venture to Alisa and Desiree's biological nephews Cartier, Kashe, and Atreyu as well as Joe's little nephew Benjamin. These are the children bringing inspiration to those responsible for the art and writing you will see presented here.

Our mission is to create fond fun memories for families with a variety of stories to choose from so that you can pick one right for your kid(s)' personality.

My Childs Adventure is a division of Wytheria LLC, an entertainment corporation out of Michigan.

The People!

Alisa is an artist and writer who spends most of her day exploring alternate realities and documenting her experiences as works of fiction for others to enjoy. She likes twisters, taco bell and storytelling. She is the oldest and most opinionated member of the team.

Desiree’ is an artist, animator and web site designer with an amazing capacity to respond equally to problem solving situations with both her right and left brain. Her spectacular neuro-harmony makes her the ideal project leader because she is capable of bringing Joe (primarily left brained) and I (Alisa) (primarily right brained) together professionally and creatively. She likes rootbeer, batman, burgers and singing. She is the youngest member of our staff.

Joe is a web guy and responsible for our server. He also posts blog and twitter updates and assists with general encouragement. He’s also the QC guy for everything on the site and tries to catch errors before we release new content. If you find a mistake, blame him! No, really, he’s a nice guy so don’t blame him. He likes pizza, video gaming and hockey. He’s the most social member of the group and the least opinionated.
