We will do our best to restore normal operation quickly in these situations. If you see something broken or find a malfunction, please feel free to report those to us! We intend this to be a children's site, so we aim to have age appropriate content. If you disagree with content on this site, please stop using it, but feel free to bring possible issues to our attention. Remember, we are under no obligation to modify our site's content.

4. We do not provide any warranty on content purchased through our site. The quality of the product you receive will be a direct result of the quality of the information and image you provide us. Therefore, make sure you choose a good picture of your child and provide all the requested information (double check its accuracy for your own sake, please!). We don't want to send you a book with the wrong gender or a misspelled name anymore than you want to pay for a book like that!


5. You have the right to distribute un-edited copies of the content you purchase from us. Your purchase does NOT include the right to edit or sell content from this site. We work hard on these stories and we would appreciate it if you would respect that. Do not decompile our documents and try to recreate them for others. Even though we may not catch you, that does not make it right or okay. We are designing a discount program for people with multiple orders (either because you have three kids or you want to buy several copies of a story to give as gifts to different children).


6. We are not responsible for loss of your content. We will keep backups for one week after file has been 'delivered'. Make sure you notify us promptly if you have not received your file. Remember, back up your file! Make copies and store them in a safe place. We do not want you to lose your story, but we can not keep backups for you!


7. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. You have one week to report mistakes to us. We will edit them promptly and resend your file. Please, make sure you provide us with quality, accurate information! I repeat, double check your information BEFORE you send it to us. This is in everyone's best interest. All of our books will be available for preview before you purchase. These samples will have their own names, images, and facts as place holders. Make sure you read through your story entirely and decide if its right for you BEFORE you purchase it. What information is needed from you for each story will be clearly indicated. We can't stress enough the need to provide all of it accurately. We want you to not only be happy with your purchase, but to be excited about it!


8. From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

We only collect personal information if you make a purchase. Any personal information we obtain will be used solely to do business with you. We will not sell, trade, or give your information to anyone. What information we collect will be specifically listed for each story. It will always include your email address, as that is our method of delivery for our product. We will never use information in any way not specified in this privacy policy. You shoold check this page from time to time, as it is subject to change, to ensure that you are still happy with the agreement.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. We may keep your email on file to ask you if you are satisfied with your product. We may send you notifications of specials or promotions (only relating to the products offered on this site).
